Refund & Cancellation

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations or refunds may be permitted at Cosmocraft Aesthetic Clinic.

1. General Refund Policy

  • Payments for consultations, completed services, or sessions are non-refundable.

  • Refunds cannot be issued based on personal dissatisfaction with treatment results, as results differ per individual.

  • Once a treatment session is availed, the amount cannot be refunded.

2. Prepaid Packages

  • Prepaid packages are non-transferable.

  • Refunds for unused sessions may only be considered in exceptional situations and require management approval.

  • If approved, refunds will be proportionately adjusted after deducting:

    • Used sessions

    • Discounts applied

    • Administrative costs

Management’s decision is final.

3. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in:

    • Loss of the booked session, or

    • Deduction of the booking/advance amount

4. Payment Issues

For duplicate payments or technical issues:

  • Please provide proof of transaction and relevant details.

  • Once verified, the amount will be refunded back to the original payment source.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment channel used.

5. Medical Unsuitability

If a client is declared medically unsuitable for treatment before starting it:

  • A partial or full refund may be considered based on internal review.

  • Suitability is determined strictly by the clinic’s medical professionals.

6. Package Validity

  • Each package comes with a validity period informed during purchase.

  • Expired sessions cannot be extended or refunded.

7. Offers, Discounts & Promotions

  • Offers, deals, and promotional packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • These cannot be adjusted against other services.

8. Skincare & Haircare Products

Products purchased from the clinic are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong item provided

In such cases, only replacement is offered—not refunds.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if applicable), send the following details:

  • Full name

  • Registered phone number

  • Date of payment

  • Reason for refund

  • Supporting documents, if any
